For the standard lateral service, we enter through an accessible house trap or cleanout and inspect downstream toward the street.
For the standard lateral service, we locate an accessible house trap or cleanout, run the camera downstream toward the street and record the pass, up to approximately 230 feet where access and pipe conditions permit. A basement entry point does not expand the inspection to the building's interior drains. Where appropriate, we use 512Hz locating.

Get Your Results
Receive your recorded video, important images and digital inspection summary.
You receive the recorded video, images of significant observations and a written digital summary describing the conditions observed. Same-day when practical.
- STEP 4
Make an Informed Decision
If significant concerns are visible, you can have them evaluated by a licensed plumber or sewer contractor.
We don't quote repairs and we don't recommend contractors as a sales arrangement. If something significant is visible, take the documentation to a licensed plumber or sewer contractor for evaluation.
