Sewer Camera Inspection in Manhattan, NYC

Sewer Lateral Camera Inspection — House Trap to Street: residential starting at $599. Commercial buildings starting at $1,200. Independent, documented, no repair sales.

Our standard inspection follows the sewer line downstream from an accessible house trap or cleanout toward its connection with the public sewer main in the street, as far as access and pipe conditions permit. It includes recorded video, photos of significant findings, and a digital inspection summary.

Interior drain stacks, individual fixture drains, and building drain piping upstream of the inspection entry point are not included. The public sewer main itself is not inspected.

An entry point being inside the basement does not mean the service includes the building’s interior drainage system.

Manhattan sewer inspections are usually about townhouses, brownstones and small residential buildings rather than single-family suburban laterals. Runs to the main are typically short, but they are old, often heavily built over, and shared by more fixtures than a typical house.

Access and logistics are the defining factors here: interior cleanouts, occupied units, building staff coordination and limited street access. We plan around that so the inspection is completed cleanly and documented in the same way as any other property we scope.

Pipe sections that no longer align properly.

Standing Water
