Sewer Camera Inspection in Nassau County

Sewer Lateral Camera Inspection — House Trap to Street: residential starting at $249. Commercial buildings starting at $599. Independent, documented, no repair sales.

Our standard inspection follows the sewer line downstream from an accessible house trap or cleanout toward its connection with the public sewer main in the street, as far as access and pipe conditions permit. It includes recorded video, photos of significant findings, and a digital inspection summary.

Interior drain stacks, individual fixture drains, and building drain piping upstream of the inspection entry point are not included. The public sewer main itself is not inspected.

An entry point being inside the basement does not mean the service includes the building’s interior drainage system.

Nassau County housing stock spans post-war capes and ranches, mid-century splits and expansions, and newer construction built on older lots. Many of these homes still drain through their original clay or cast-iron lateral, and in a lot of neighborhoods mature street trees sit directly over the run to the main.

That combination — older pipe material plus decades of root growth — is exactly why buyers here ask for a camera inspection before closing. Our inspection documents what the line actually looks like inside, so the decision is based on recorded footage rather than assumption.
