Sewer Camera Inspection in Queens, NY

Sewer Lateral Camera Inspection — House Trap to Street: residential starting at $249. Commercial buildings starting at $599. Independent, documented, no repair sales.

Our standard inspection follows the sewer line downstream from an accessible house trap or cleanout toward its connection with the public sewer main in the street, as far as access and pipe conditions permit. It includes recorded video, photos of significant findings, and a digital inspection summary.

Interior drain stacks, individual fixture drains, and building drain piping upstream of the inspection entry point are not included. The public sewer main itself is not inspected.

An entry point being inside the basement does not mean the service includes the building’s interior drainage system.

Queens covers an unusually wide range of residential construction: attached and semi-attached rows, two- and three-family houses, detached colonials, and blocks where the same builder ran identical laterals down an entire street decades ago.

Multi-family use adds a practical wrinkle — more fixtures and more daily flow through a line that may be as old as the building. A camera inspection shows the current interior condition of the accessible line so buyers and investors can factor it into a purchase decision.
